If u had ur counsel with u during the interview,

your counsel would have known w/ you passed the interview or not, or at least, ur counsel could have asked the DAO. If u passed, the reason you had to wait, how long etc. Or you could have asked if you know how to ask.

If you passed, in NY and NJ, & ME highly likely you will get ur passport stamped after the interview.

If DAO told u to wait for the decision in NY , u did not pass. Likely you will receive 2nd interview notice.

In PA,you won't get ur passport stamped, but DAO will tell u that you will receive your GC in 3 weeks.

From what you've provided here, it seemed that u went to the interview on ur own.

In NY, a denial notice likely took between 5days to 4 months.
an approval notice after passport being stamped likely took between 7 days to 2 months.

in ur case,it's the DAO's discrection to grant u GC, suing USCIS only to push them to make a decision on ur case, not to get it granted unless ur evidence is clear and convincing.
