謝謝你的回複，仍舊有一些疑惑請指教
你的意思是MS不屬於advanced degrees，一樣要有5年工作經驗才有資格申請EB2。即使是換工作要求換title和漲工資也是一樣？
這種情況請律師幫忙有沒有用？

公司同意幫我辦綠卡，PERM 是今年4月份批的.我總以為他們會幫我辦EB2，因為我有Master degree. 最近才知道公司幫我辦的是EB3，我問了公司HR和公司律師，他們說我的職位名稱不允許我辦EB2，我查了移民網站，EB2的要求是 “the EB-2 classification includes aliens who are members of the professions holding advanced degrees or their equivalent”

我的問題是：
1 像我這樣的情況能否申請EB2?
Degree: Master's Degree in Chemistry
Job title: Research Scientist 1
Annual income: $49,000/yr
One and half years work in current company

2 如果自己請律師辦EB2，是否要重新申請PERM?
