NIW I-140 RFE

I filed I-140 last year and got RFE notice finally. But it's not what I wanted: evidence of past accomplishment, awards, etc. In the original package, I included all my past awards and didn't get any since I filed. In addition I don't know what further evidence of past accomplishment I can provide. This is my first job, I don't have more publications, I just don't know what to do. I can get some recommendation letters. But what should I ask my referees to write? I'm so lost and depressed. Any suggstion about how I should handle this RFE is greatly appreciated.
