What kind of RFE?
Usually, they ask a lot about how you can approve you are overqulified if you apply for labor certificate (LC), based on the first time experience when I also ted RFE, my suggestion is
1)ask for more strong letters, best if you can get from NIH
2)carefully summary your citations including recent ones
3)explane your difficulties if your case be denied
