how to count processing time after RFE? Start over or 60 days? H

LUD 9/19 9/20/ 9/21 means you only have two days since they receive your RFE, if you are lucky and everybody is lucky we can get approval in 2 days.

However, Honey XiaoBaiTu, USCIS case status webpage now says that counting time regarding case processing time will START OVER from the date RFE is received. What is your opinion? Please double check VSC case status webpage here:

Hope I am wrong and they keep their promise of 14 days - 60 days for Mang Mang Tian Ya Lu
