what do you mean 財務不穩定?

According some lawyer's post on this site, if your pay is greater than prevailing wage, you don't need to prove the company have the money for your salary, so 財務不穩定 might not be a problem.
In general, if the company is making profit, it does not matter how much the profit amount changes. The company is considered in good shape.
