I don't know what is DoS. However, I have some trouble too.

For my case: I got the "Favoriable Recommendation Letter" on Sep 9, 2006 & on the web, it indicates August 30, 2006. However, sometimes, it may few weeks longer. I guess you should have the letter soon.
