My EB1b I-485 has been pending for 19 months. I spoke to a lady in USCIS this morning. She told me my case is being reviewed by an officer. I will hear from them in 30 days. In the meantime, I asked whether my backround check is clear. he said it is still pending from FBI. Anyone has any idea about this? Your input is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
