Instead of filing a writ of mandamus against USCIS,

an other way to expediate name check might be to file a writ of mandamus against USDOJ(United States Department of Justice),which is the boss of FBI. The advantage of this way is able to avoid the risk of USCIS denying your I-485 by reconsidering your I-140.
