請問公民入籍的name check是否也包括海外調查部分?

如何進行海外調查? N-400並沒要求護照的複印件. 如果NC超過6個月,是否可以lawsuit.按照新規定,NC 沒完成前是不給麵試的,那如何告它呢? 謝謝!
