Thank you for your information. Are you in Nebraska Center? Did you submit your I-131 after I-140 was approved? It seems the processing time on the receipt is not the exact real processing time. I am in H1 status. It looks the AP isn't fast to me, if I apply H1 visa in China and get checked, I don't know when I can come back. Anybody has suggestions? Thanks a lot.
