I filed my 485 in 2/2005. If USCIS initated NC immediately, the pending of NC for my 485 case is much longer than yours. I called USCIS many times, always got same answer: pending in NC. My spouse has a very common name(First name+ last name=4 letters), but my spouse's NC was clear. I felt something wrong, I should do something for that. But no idea what I should do. Can't take it easy, but just wait.ai............
