申請的是結婚綠卡，遞交的補充材料是稅和工資單等，還沒有麵試呢，怎麽就會“you will receive a written decision on the case"? "preliminary processing"是什麽？這封信是凶是吉？“however"一字看得我不知道是什麽滋味。另外，USCIS case status online上查不到national processing center I-485的processing date.
