多謝回複，再問一下：關於485下的非移民身份

如果出鏡簽證得到H1B 從而恢複了非移民身份，然後485 被拒， 以前使用EAD and AP的曆史會否有任何不利影響.

還是，使用H1B 入境以後，以前使用EAD and AP的曆史就和沒發生過一樣。
