請問大家有沒有遇到過這樣的情況?

My wife received her second RFE regarding her 485 application (The first one is medical exam, which we did not include in the original application package). This time is for her fingerprint. My wife did fingerprints twice (all code3). However, the REF letter claims that both are 'unclassified' to the FBI for the Name Check purpose. Now the USCIS want an affidavit supported by police clearance from the authorities of addresses my wife lived over the last 5 years.

My question is whether this is just an official statement from my wife plus the so called 'non-criminal' letter from local police station? Anybody with experience please help. We do have a deadline to meet.

Also, does it mean her NC is cleared once we ted these docs?
