請教關於EB１ I－１４０ appeal

各位大俠: 我於2003年由學校file的outstanding （EB１）。2005年4月online發現RFE。 2005年7月律師file了＂永久性工作證明＂。但在2005年9月律師卻說I－１４０被den。之後律師進行曲appeal。現無任何結果。請問我現在能做什麽？
