IJ - Immigration judge
BIA - Board of Immigration Appeal
NVC - National Visa Center in NH
回美證，共有三種： Reentry Permit 白皮書(已經有綠卡的)
Advance Parole 回美紙 (尚未拿到綠卡)
Refugee Travel Document
VSC-Vermont Service Center
CSC-California Service Center
TSC-Texas Service Center
NSC-Nebraska Service Center in MO
這些應該翻譯成“服務中心”，比分局要貼切些
NBC-National Benefit Center
