xiaobaitu pls come in!

I was laid off 09/28/2005 (H1b) and got anothe job,then filed anthoer H1b transfer on 10/17/2005. Now, I am working in a third company, my PERM LC and I140 all got approved and waiting for my PD to become current. Will the gap affect my I485 to get approved? Pls help.
