申請OPT延期想湊足1年
This CANNOT be done now.
Before 2003, you can extend OPT if during the previouly approved half-year OPT. But after mid-2003, OPT can only be approved if filed within two months of graduation. But also after mid-2003, you can get another OPT if earned a higher degree without needing to leave USA.
