Ask Experts in this FORUM about pending I-485. Please help! Than

My I-140 filed in Oct 2004, approved in Aug 2005.

My I-485 filed in Feb 2005. PD current in June 2006. 2nd finger print (code1) in May 2006. I-485 still is pending.

Does anyone know when Name Check is supposed to start? Name check starts when they recieved my I-485 or only when PD becomes current? Is my I-485 stuck in name check? What can I do now?

Any advance is gratly appreciated! Thanks a lot.
