never got chance to be transfered to TSC. nobody on
the 1-800 number customer service is willing to
transfer me to TSC.

a guy told me that i am still H1B and tell me to keep
working till the school starts and even give me his
angent id to assure me what he said was right.

another lady who sounds very nice told me that
technically i am F1 but since there can be a mistake
i need to write to the TSC and ask them to respond.
While waiting on their response, at the same time, I
can continue to work and told me do NOT quit my job.
Because she thinks if I quit and the TSC decides to
change my F1 effective date to the January 2007, then
I will be out of status.

So I think I am going to send a letter to TSC Attn
to that immigration officer who reviewed my case on
Monday and explain to her that I intended to apply
for F1 starting Jan 2007. Then I will keep working
and wrap up things in case my request is denied. If
it is denied, I then will have to pack up and leave.
Wait two more months and apply for F1 somewhere out
side of the country. I cross my fingers that I don't
have to do that.

any good suggestions?
