H1-b回國簽證,時間太短,需要預定簽證日期 可否?

I'm H1-B and need to go to china to attend a Business Show. Does anyone know if it is possible book a designated date with US Consulate if I book it early enough ? For example, I need to attend a show in Dec 4, and I only have one week available before the show. Can I ask them to book it on Nov 27, for example? Has anyone ever requested it? Please help. It's a very important Show for us.
