Filing to TSC would be OK. TSC will transfer ur wife's case

to the proper service center even if you filed wrong.

A recent case similar to your:

Hu*****and -pending 485 in VSC. EB2- NIW.
Wife filed I485 to VSC in April 2006.
Receipt received from TSC in May 2006. It seems that VSC transferred the case to TSC.

As long as you include following:
cover letter (lists all documents ted)
485 application
G325
140 -hu*****and's
485 -hu*****and's pending
marriage certificate
693
birth certificate
divorce judgment if any (Hu*****and and wife)
$395
