但是F1的I-94是要和I-20一起用才算合法身份的，如果你的I-94

是F1，但這段時間沒有I-20，是會被認為out of status的，這是我的理解。
如果你的I-20沒有cover這段時間，馬上和CIS聯係，因為是移民局搞錯，所以有可能給改正I-94的時間，同時也可以找學校ISO,看能否改I-20，兩個改一個就可以。都不行就隻能離境重新簽了。
