排期前進一個月，誰受到影響？

不是BEC，他們的優先日期不會在05年3月1號到4月1號. 對PERM也很小，優先日期4月1號以前的PERM屈指可數. NIW大多同時遞交了485，至少在05年10月前趕了末班車，當然這期間的NIW可能獲得批準。所以，這次前進的象征意義大於實質效果。
