苦等四年半，終於等到積案中心的LC了，不知下麵140，485步驟如何？

我的PD是2002年2月，不知何時可以申請AP, EAD？是遞了140後，還是485後？還是140批準後？

現在140需要多長時間？
485是不是等140批了才可以遞交？485 current date是多少呢？
