Reschedule fingerprint appointment

Hello,

Does anyone have the experience of rescheduling fingerprint appointment with San Jose ASC? I did it about 2 weeks ago, but haven't heard anything since then. I'm wondering how long does it take for them to send the rescheduling the appointment. Does it help if I use Info pass to talk with an immigration officer?
