準備回國簽H-1,曾out-of-status過(F-1), 請問

如何回答:Have you ever violated the terms of a U.S. visa,
or been unlawfully present in, or deported from, the United States?

我已經reinstate了(2002),那表示我的記錄已被原諒了嗎?
需要肯定回答以上問題嗎?

有誰有經驗回答為什麽回來簽H-1之類的問題.
