排期新解

幾個觀點，歡迎討論。
１。 PERM EB3 在至少2-3年內不必多想。
２。 PERM EB2 (2005/04 - 2005/12) 要看這半年內排期走勢。如果沒戲，到明年也不必多想了。形勢會越來越差。估計 long_time_eb2 說的不是沒有道理。２００５／１０月以後的，準備長期坐牢至少２年以上。
３。 BEC 對PERM EB2 也有很大的影響力。２０％ － ３５％的衝擊力。
