485遞了多久能夠跳槽呢？

是不是在485沒有遞之前是一定不能跳的啊？遞了以後是180天能跳嗎？還是說要在180天以後都要有條件的跳（比如公司lay off等）？上次還看到說要等綠卡拿到後180天才能跳。到底是哪種呢？
