Hi, I called 3 times, every time after I press 1360, they always said: sorry all the representive are busy, please hang up and try again! I think they don't want to answer. Is there any other way to check this? this just like a black box. We don't wat to know how it works, but only want to know whether does they get our passport, it seems immpossible....!
