1. write a letter to request the transfer and list name, A# of all your family members;
2. enclose the approval notices of both your niw and eb1a AND the 485 receipts of all your family members;
3 enclose a copy of Michael A. Pearson Memo so that immigration officer wont write you back with "it is not transferable".
