we didn't response the RFE. SO my NIW is denied. then they denied my first I485. it was very sad that time. my attorney asked to switch my I-485 to the approved eb1a right after the approval. But UScIS didn't do it as requested appearently. SO my attorney actually faxed my document and told them that there was system error. But the director reply to ask us to refile a new I485. then we turned to our senator office, same decision. then we filed our second I-485 as told at end of June, 2006.
