Working for 2 employers at the same time

Can I work for 2 employers at the same time using 2 different H1B approval? Here is my situation: currently working for a company and stuck with HR's policy so can not apply for green card, but I do like this company. Now there is another company saying they have pre-approved Labor Certificate that good me, and they can sponsor my green card immediately.

So now the question is: can I have 2 different H1B and work for 2 companies at the same time?
