請幫忙分析ＵＳＣＩＳ的回複，謝謝！

NIW I-140 approved, I-485 PD is 06-04-2004. I called USCIS last year and they replied me saying my case was under routine safty check. This year (two months ago) I called them again, them reply me with follow message:

Based ou your request we researched the status of your case. We are actively processing this case. However,we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time.If you do not receive a dicision or other notice of action from us within 6 months of this letter, please call....

My questions are:

1, Is this mean my safty check is passed.
2, What does it mean "...we have to perform additional review on
this case..." ?
