1. You can not file 485 for your daughter, she needs to be in the US to file 485. You can file I-824 for her.
2. Based on CSPA (children status proection act), you dauther's immigration age will be fixed on the date when her PD is current. However it is not clear whether I-824 will permenently do this in case PD is retrogressed. A better approach, File I-824 right now and bring her here on a H4 and file I-485 later if possible.
