H1-B 審批時間怎麽這麽長？

各位夥計們，今天剛給律師打電話，H1-b renew 7 月份遞的，律師說還 需要3-4 個月， 是不是哪兒不正常，以前1-2月就批下來了，那位知道詳情，請告知一二。多些！
