有一個485填表的問題請教大家

485表的第3頁回答YES或NO問題的第二個問題關於是否收到Public
Assistance，不知道定義和界定的標準是什麽，有沒有什麽地方可以查到？

我曾經申請過當地county government的住房計劃（就是可以在一定的限製下，使中低收入家庭以低於市場價格購買和租賃房屋的計劃，比如Section 8 Program）。隻是申請了，還在waiting list上。不知道這個算不算，要不要填YES呢？
