HELP: I-485 transferred from NSC to Los Angeles, CA

Today I received the I-484 notice from INS, it says

"This is to advise you that in order to speed processing, we have transferred the above case to the following INS office for processing:

Room 1001, 300 North Los Angeles Street, LA, CA 90012
Telephone: [phone]

That office will notify you of the decision made on the applications or petition. Any further inquiries should be made to that office."

What does it means? Why it doesn't say the interview? Is it normal? Does any one else receive the same notice?....
