I485 filling questions, please help!

I485 filling question:

1. For me:
“Current uscis status”------ I should fill “I140 approved” or “ H1B”,
“Expires on”--------- I really don’t know how to fill this one. If the first question I fill H1, then I know.

For my H4 dependent about this above two question how to answer, is it “ H4 and it’s expire date”

2 about the A#, I don’t have one. I should put “N/A” or empty?
