I learn the hard way to renew EAD

My I-485 was in VSC, transfered to New York. I first sent EAD renewal to NY. Returned, and told me to send to Chicago. It was returned again. Then sent to VSC, it was accepted. It took me almost 20 days. I think you should send to the center.
