1. The Chinese lawyer did absoulately NOTHING illegal. Every one can file an application of 140 and 485 at same time even big loser like you. Once you filed your 485, you can get your EAD. There is nothing illegal!!!

2. That guy paid $30,000 to get her green card, not that stupid job.
