You can check the date they publish on the website. It looks like Nebraska center is still processing cases received in May...which is very odd because in their previous post they were already processing cases received in June.
I'm still waiting for mine from California center too, receipt date June 19 but I still haven't heard anything. They post says they are already processing July cases...
