Can anyone help please! What does this mean?

I got a form N-652 (Naturalization Interview results) after a Naturalization interview, the interview officer checked 2 boxes in form N-652:

Box 1: "you passed the tests of English and US history and government"

Box 2: "plaese follow the instructions on Form N-14".

I dont understand the Box 2, I do not feel there is anything related to the form N-14? What should I do for form N-14?

Please help! Thanks so much!
