Should I travel back to China?

I am on H1-B now. It will be valid until 2008. I just got my EB2 LC approved and I can file I-140 and I-485 together now.

But I plan to go back home at the end of this Sept. and I even have bought the air ticket. I went back home twice in the last 5 years. Once on F-1 and once on H1-B.

My question would be:

1. Should I file I-140 and I-485 before I leave and apply for H1-B visa stamp in Beijing?

2. Or I should file I-140 before I leave and not file I-485 until I come back?

3. Do I have to apply for AP and EAD in my case?

4. Will there be any problem for me to get a visa stamp in Beijing if I file I-140 or I-485?

Any suggestion would be highly appreicated.
