renew EAD I765 filing question, please help!Thanks

去年，我申請綠卡（EB2）時，LG是h4! 全家現在都是485 pending. LG去年還同時申請得到了EAD.　EAD已使用過。現在LG需要renew EAD. 填765時有一項15.Current Immigration Status (Visitor, student, etc)? 應該填啥？h4? or AOS, or 其他信息? 而item 16 添C(9),對吧？ 謝謝大家幫助！
