yes it's perm based EB2.
RFE was asking for evidence of the working experience.
The perm was based on min BS + 3yrs or MS+0yrs as alternative, the attorney ted 140 for EB2, but I thought it is not qualified and it should be EB3, but he said he has many cases like this and never had a problem.
NSC recently asked for the evidence of 3yrs, and my attorney responded saying that i have a master degree, thus no experience is required. The case then was approved. but I am yet to see the original approval notice, thus i am not sure if it's true EB2 approval. I hope it is.
Sound weird? It seems the rules are not same everywhere.
