Pls give some suggestion on married couple applying I-140/485 at

My wife got her LC several days ago. She can apply 140/485 while I am the dependent. My company also aponsored my applications as Eb1. Now it is ready to file 140/485 while my wife is treated as depedent. Is it ok to file two applications at almost the same time, or I should just apply for 140 and hold the 485? Do you have any suggestion? Thank you very much.
