Since the Chinese Embassy sent your " No objection letter" How long it takes to get the "favorate recommendation letter" from DOS, then how much time you need to get the recept/final decision from INS.
I only have 8 months left, the No Objection letter has not been sent yet. Do I have enough time? What should I do?
