I am an PhD working for a small company. When the company apply H1B for me,
the job description only: it requires a minimun of Bachelor's degree and three
years of experience? AM I OVERQUALIFIED? Will it result in rejection by
USCIS???

Also, I sent a email to ur yahoo mail box for the detail of my situation. Could u pls kindly help me?
